Mike served as an incredible guide through our home purchase journey. He is patient, honest, and an all around good human and was helpful in steering us away from some red flags and toward our dream home. He did a great job inspecting any home we walked through and provided transparent feedback and advocated in our best interest throughout the process. From having a sound understanding of things to look out for structurally such as foundation, piping, utilities, roofs, gutters, etc, to double checking that the refrigerator door had proper clearance to open in a flip (it did not lol). Once we found the right home, Mike went above and beyond to connect with the listing agent and help our offer stick out and get accepted. Once accepted, Mike had excellent resources lined up for the home inspection and has a network of helpful resources available on his website. We know that if Mike recommends them, we can trust them. Mike is a very knowledgeable realtor…prepare for him to go in the basement first during showings to check to see if the house is structurally sound, and things are all good so your not just buying lipstick on a pig. Mike and I had a really difficult deal (that eventually worked out.) throughout the deal he did a lot of detective work and was very communicative about what was going on the whole time. If you want someone that looks out for your best interest, and isn’t trying to just close a deal go with Mike.

Was referred to a Mike buy a relative who had a successful home-buying process with him. As a first time home buyer, Mike was really patient through the home buying process, accommodating with my work hours, and always a call or text away. Whenever I asked a question (about lending process, titles, etc.), he made me feel not-stupid and provided me some resources he recommended as well. He helped point out structural elements that I wasn't super familiar with, and never really tried to sell me the house I was looking at - just pointed his observations about different parts of the house. See it until you see it!!! I always wanted to be a homeowner so I would always go to open houses. I am so glad I went to this particular open house because I would have never met Mike!!! We bought a house during Covid!!! It was an emotional roller coaster but Mike was by our side every step of the way and his mother’s prayers!!! We put our brains together and we made our closing date come true!!!! We closed on Christmas Eve!!!!!! Our condo is everything we wanted plus more!!!! Practical is the key word. Mike is outstanding, bringing a perspective to the purchase that is important on a major purchase. Its easy to get enamored with what your eyes see but of course there is much more. Seeing the "bones" of the house and talking through practical considerations is very valuable as you decide what is right. I have purchased several house with Mike's help. There isn't a better person to work with.

We are not local, and he was able to give us a list of restaurants that he personally recommend, as well as other information and tips that weren't house related. It was a bit scary coming to a new area, and trying to navigate the crazy housing market that is 2023, and my wife and I couldn't have been happy to land Mike as our realtor.
